Cancellation Policy

All cancellations can be made by contacting the Agent Studio support team at support@agentstudio.com. Cancellations must be completed or requested at least five (5) days prior to your website's expiration date to ensure that no charges are made. You can always check the status of your next payment date within the Billing Center Subscription or Payment History section of your sites' Control Panel.

By cancelling or terminating service, your site will be deactivated immediately and you will no longer be charged for this service. You forfeit all remaining credit on your account and will not receive a refund for any time left in your current subscription. Immediately upon cancellation, you will no longer have access to any information stored in your Agent Studio database, including but not limited to Client Contacts, Pictures and Pages Built and Quotes Requested. Agent Studio is not responsible for any assistance regarding domains that were previously or are currently pointed to Agent Studio's IP address.

Upon cancellation, the user will have a grace period of 10 days or 60 days for free and paid sites respectively, for our data retention. During the grace period a user may request manual data extraction of their data which will be delivered within 5 business days. After the grace period, all user data is permanently purged from our system, we do not retain this data. This includes Marketing Center, all contacts that had been added will become inactive and are no longer available for use or accessed by our system in any way. To request this data, a user will need to make a formal request within the above-mentioned grace period and we will honor it provided the user can prove that they are the site owner.
